Principle:
GSZG series double cone rotating vacuum drier (no pollution type) is with double cone rotating cylinder, Under the state of vacuum inside the cylinder, pass steam or hot water into to jacket for heating. The heat can contact with the damp raw material through the inner wall. The vaporized steam will be pumped out through vacuum exhaust pipe when the damp raw material absorbed heat. In view of the internal cylinder is in the state of vacuum and the raw material is turned over all the time caused by the rotating of cylinder, the dry speed of raw material is quickened and drying efficiency is raised too and the purpose of uniform dry can be achieved.


Application:
This drier is suitable for the granular & powder to be vacuum dried & mixed in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical & other industrial lines. Especially suitable for the following requirements of the material:
1. The material unable to accept the high temperature.
2. The material is easily oxidized & dangerous.
3. The material needs to recycle the solvents and toxic gases.
4. The material requires a very low residual volatile matter content.
5. The material requires fully & uniformly mixing.

1. Q: Please describe your warranty period.
    A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after   the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.

2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
    A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.

3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
    A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.

4. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
    A: We are a professional manufacturer. We have a pilot plant for customers to do sample testing.
