Application:
1. The screw extrude granule, rock granule, wet high-speed mixing granulation.
2. Suitable for drying humidity granule or powder raw material in the fields such as pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feedstuff, chemical industries and so on.
3. The raw material is large and small in granule, granular adhesive property.
4. Suitable for raw materials, its volume will be changed when drying, Such as devilstongue, polyacrylamide, etc.
Features:
1. The structure of fluidized bed is round, which can avoid the dead corner.
2. It is equipped with a rabbler inside the hopper in order to avoid agglomeration of raw material and forming canal of flow.
3. The granule is discharged through the method of turning over. In this way, it is very convenient and quick. The discharging system can be designed as request.
4. It is operated at the conditions of negative pressure and seal. The air is filtered. Therefore it is simple in operation and convenient in clean. It is an ideal equipment that is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
5. The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. In general the drying time is 15-45 minutes for each batch.

A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.
2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.
3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.
