Chamber Vacuum Dryer Used in Pilot Plant

It is well known that vacuum drying is to make raw materials be the state of vacuum by heating and drying. Use vacuum pump to suck the air and exhaust moisture, and the drying speed will be faster.

Notes: If using condenser, the solvent in raw materials can be recovered. If using SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSW series hydraulic injection vacuum pump sets, there is no need to use the condenser and the investment can be saved.

It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that will decompose, polymerize and metamorphose at high temperature. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.

Features:
1. Under the vacuum, the boiling point of raw materials will decrease and materials can be heated more uniformly.
2. Heat source: low pressure steam, conduction oil, electricity and hot water.
3. The heat loss of evaporator is less.
4. Before drying, the disinfection can be carried out. During the period of drying, there are no impure materials mixed. It is conformity with the requirement of GMP.
5. It belongs to a kind of static dryer. So the shape of raw materials to be dried will not be destroyed.

1. Q: Please describe your warranty period.
    A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after   the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.

2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
    A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.

3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
    A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.

4. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
    A: We are a professional manufacturer. We have a pilot plant for customers to do sample testing.
